Warm chocolate pudding –

Well, the second you put a spoonful of it in your mouth you will be transported straight to paradise. It has an excellent deep and chocolatey flavour in it.

Start by beating a large egg in a bowl very lightly. Combine ⅓ cup of sugar with 1 ½ cups of milk and half a teaspoon of salt in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring all of this to a boil by stirring now and then on low flame.

In another bowl, use ⅓ cups of sugar, ⅔ cups of unsweetened cocoa powder and two tablespoons or corn-starch. Add non-fat ¾th cups of milk to it and mix very well. Pour this mixture into the pan and allow it to simmer over medium heat. You need to continually keep whisking the mixture unless it turns glossy and thick. Remove from the heat after three minutes. Add a cup of whisked, hot cocoa into the egg. Now, cook the egg mixture in low heat, while you continuously whisk it. Wait for it to be thick and steaming. It will take you two minutes. You are not to boil it.

Transfer the pudding to a bowl and then place in the fridge (after you have eaten of course). It can stay up to three days.

Hearty oat cookies –

It has got everything you love. Oats, dried fruits, and nuts. What else do you need? Enjoy the delicious and crunchy cookies.

Start the cooking procedure by heating the oven to 350° F, proceed to line two baking sheets using parchment paper. Now, in a large bowl whisk together ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, half a cup of granulated sugar, a pinch of kosher salt, and half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. To this, you need to add half a cup of quick cooking oats and a cup full of unsweetened and shredded coconut. Toss all of it together. It is finally time for half a cup of raisins, one-fourth cup of golden raisins, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. Continue with the folding process.

Turn on the heat and in a small saucepan melt half a cup of butter and blend it with three tablespoons full of honey. In another small bowl mix half teaspoon of baking soda and three tablespoons of water. Pour this directly into the saucepan.

Create a centre into the oats mixture and pour the butter, honey, water, and baking soda mixture directly in it. Again, begin the process of combining it all. When that’s done, the fun part will begin. Wet your hands and make small equal sized balls and place them on the baking tray. Remember to maintain a proper distance between the cookie batter. Gently press each one of them. It should be half an inch thick. Bake it for about seventeen minutes unless it turns golden. Let it cool down and store it into a jar. Enjoy them in moderation.

Strawberry ice cream –

This is the simplest dessert you will make. The calories it contains? Almost negligible. So, it’s indulgence time.

Add some chopped strawberries on top of this and place it in the refrigerator for only an hour. You will like it more when it has become firm but isn’t hard. Don’t forget to add some more strawberries on top as a garnish.
